- Educate patients and their families on wound management techniques, hygiene practices, and prevention strategies to promote healing at home.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective treatment approaches.
- Monitor wound healing progress regularly, adjusting care plans as needed to optimize recovery outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
