We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly, building strong working relationships and delivering high-quality support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Based within our Head Office, you’ll coordinate a broad range of People Operations activities, including onboarding, pre-employment screening, employee administration, payroll support and maintaining accurate people records. You’ll work closely with managers, new starters and colleagues across the organisation to ensure employees receive a professional and seamless experience from offer and onboarding through to ongoing employment.

You’ll bring a proactive, organised and people-focused approach, along with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Ideally, you will:
- Have previous experience in HR, People Operations or a similar administrative role
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a busy environment and managing multiple priorities
- Be passionate about providing a positive employee and candidate experience
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be confident building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Have experience maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
- Be comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Take ownership of your workload and proactively follow tasks through to completion
- Bring a collaborative, service-focused approach to your work
Key Responsibilities
As People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll provide day-to-day operational support across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees
- Preparing and issuing contracts, offer letters and other employment documentation
- Managing pre-employment screening, including references, right-to-work verification, criminal record checks and qualification checks where required
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, managers and external providers throughout the onboarding process
- Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files within the HR system
- Processing employee lifecycle changes, including contractual amendments, promotions, salary changes and leavers
- Coordinating probation reviews and associated employee administration
- Supporting monthly payroll processes by ensuring employee information is accurate and submitted within required deadlines
- Producing People & Culture reports and helping maintain data quality across systems
- Supporting compliance activities and employee record audits
- Contributing to People Operations projects, process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Responding to day-to-day People Operations queries and providing colleagues with timely, professional support
