This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse who is looking to progress into a leadership role within a growing healthcare service.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse
- Location: EH17
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: £39,958 – £48,117 per annum
- Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, Monday to Friday
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical team, maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical governance, supporting staff development, and delivering treatments including health assessments, venepuncture, IV therapy, and vaccinations.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (Band 6 equivalent)
- Experience in clinical or healthcare management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of clinical governance, infection control, and health & safety standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in clinical systems and Microsoft Office
Experience within wellness services, preventative healthcare, or private healthcare settings would be advantageous but is not essential.
