Working at this impressive national events venue, you will assist in the smooth running of the Event Cleaning department on a day-to-day basis. This role will suit those who enjoy a physical challenge, have pride in their work and are skilled at motivating others. No two days are the same - our events range from Comic Cons to trade shows and gala dinners.
Employed on a 30 hour a week contract, flexible shift pattern working 5 days out of 7 including daytime, weekend and evening shifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Organise and schedule cleaning duties amongst your team
- Supervise and motivate your cleaning operative team to ensure they achieve their full potential
- Train your team on health and safety policies and procedures
- Ensure all areas of the venue are serviced and maintained to an excellent standard
- Assist with and monitor general and event cleaning
Skills/Experience Required:
- Supervisory/Industrial cleaning experience
- A flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with the drive and energy to see a task through to completion
- Have a reasonable level of fitness
- Proof of right to work in the UK
