Duties

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

- Train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving procedures
- Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to maintain smooth workflow
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless customer service experience

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment
- Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
