Responsibilities
- Assisting with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Managing correspondence via email, phone calls, and postal mail with professional etiquette
- Organising appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised
- Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes through feedback and initiative
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Familiarity with data entry and clerical tasks
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
