Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, adhering to company standards.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide outstanding customer service in a friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, including sanitising equipment and surfaces regularly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till system efficiently.
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently.
- Support with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when required.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including proper food handling procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Experience in serving customers efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude is preferred.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
