About You
As Supervisor, you'll lead by example and set the standard by your own cleaning performance. You will conduct checks and provide training to our housekeeping team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and will help maintain our excellent reputation.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Work both independently and as part of a team to carry out high standard cleaning services
- Check properties and deliver feedback to our team
- Deliver training and welcome new colleagues
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Use a smartphone app to view schedules, communicate, log completed work and record issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in holiday let cleaning
- Experience leading a team
- Driving License
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Outstanding cleaning skills and experience of working to the highest standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to think-on-your-feet and solve problems
Working Pattern
We offer flexible working arrangements but you will need to be available on Mondays and Fridays, including in the school holidays, and have your own transport.
This position is for 35-40 hours per week, but this is negotiable for the right candidate.
Pay: £15.00-£16.50 per hour
