As a key member of the management team, you will help drive service improvements, working collaboratively with partners to deliver positive outcomes for children in foster care. You will oversee fostering assessments, manage a small, complex caseload, and mentor and supervise social workers, leading practice development and driving improvements to deliver better outcomes across the fostering service. If you are motivated, reflective and creative, with strong social work values and a passion for fostering, we want to hear from you!
