Marketing Executive
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to support the planning, delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns across our events and training portfolio.

Responsibilities
· Support the planning, execution and optimisation of email marketing campaigns.
· Assist with audience segmentation and data management to improve campaign performance.
· Maintain CRM and marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
· Build and manage targeted contact lists for marketing and outreach campaigns.
· Monitor campaign metrics including opens, clicks, registrations and enquiries, producing regular reports.
· Support LinkedIn outreach and social media activity to increase event awareness and engagement.
· Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
· Assist with the promotion of conferences, exhibitions, training programmes and other business initiatives.
· Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance through testing and analysis.
· Support website updates, campaign administration and marketing projects as required.
· Research industry trends, competitor activity and emerging marketing technologies.
· Help maintain strong email deliverability and database health across marketing platforms.
Skills and Experience
· Previous experience in a marketing, business development or administrative role is desirable.
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and CRM systems.
· Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Instantly, or similar platforms would be advantageous.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Strong analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and reporting.
· Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
· Experience within a B2B environment would be beneficial but not essential.
· Competent user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
