Rhythmic Property Relocation Ltd specialises in managing supported living properties and providing seamless relocation services for individuals and organizations. As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our team and oversee the management of supported living properties and relocation projects.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for property management, managing our supported living property portfolio, coordinating tenant relocations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and support providers to deliver a high standard of property management tailored to the needs of supported living, supported accommodations and care home environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of supported living properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
- Coordinate property relocation projects, managing timelines and ensuring seamless transitions for tenants.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Liaise with care providers, landlords, and tenants to address concerns, provide support, and maintain positive relationships.
- Manage tenancy agreements, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor budgets for property maintenance, relocation projects, and operational costs.
- Ensure all properties meet health, safety, and fire regulations, maintaining high standards of compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and property improvements, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Support the growth of the supported living portfolio by sourcing new properties and managing HMO license applications where required.
About You
We are looking for an organised and motivated individual with a passion for property management in the supported living sector. You will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in property management, ideally within supported living, social housing, or relocation services.
- Strong understanding of property laws, tenancy management, and compliance requirements (including HMO licensing).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with tenants, landlords, and care providers.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage contractors, budgets, and maintenance schedules.
Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications in property management or real estate (e.g., ARLA, RICS, or similar).
- Experience working in supported living, housing associations, or similar environments.
