Senior Office Administrator - Specsavers Home Visits
Location: Wembley
Hours: Full Time 5days per week 9am-6pm

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and capable Senior Office Administrator to support our Specsavers Home Visits business operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and brings structure, calm, and reliability to everything they do.
You will be a central point of support, working closely with senior leaders, clinical teams, and operational colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the business and the day to day activites. This role requires discretion, strong judgement, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior management
- Managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinating diaries, handling customer calls, road mapping, marketing
- Supporting clinic operations, reporting, and compliance-related administration
- Maintaining systems, records, and documentation to a high standard
- Acting as a trusted liaison between office teams, clinicians, and external partners
- Proactively identifying issues, resolving problems, and improving ways of working
