Massage Therapist – Sports, Clinical & Lymphatic Drainage

Physio1to1 is looking for an experienced and professional Massage Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Godalming.
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking to work within a highly regarded clinical environment alongside experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
The successful applicant will be taking over an established massage caseload, with the opportunity to develop this further through ongoing internal referrals from our physiotherapy team.
The Role
You will provide high-quality, individually tailored massage treatment to a varied patient population, including:
- Sports and deep-tissue massage
- Clinical and remedial massage
- Soft-tissue treatment
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
- Post-operative lymphatic drainage and recovery massage
- Treatment for active and sporting patients
- Ongoing maintenance massage for established clients
Our patients range from recreationally active individuals through to competitive athletes, alongside patients requiring massage as part of their wider rehabilitation or recovery.
The role benefits from close integration with our physiotherapy team, allowing appropriate communication and cross-referral between practitioners.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a recognised professional massage therapy qualification
- Be appropriately qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
- Have experience providing sports, deep-tissue, clinical or remedial massage
- Hold appropriate professional registration/membership and insurance
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain high professional and clinical standards
- Be comfortable working collaboratively within a healthcare environment
- Have a patient-centred and professional approach
Experience working alongside physiotherapists, osteopaths or other healthcare professionals would be particularly advantageous.

Hours
Part-time, with some flexibility regarding days and hours.
There is an existing caseload available, so we would ideally like the successful applicant to start as soon as reasonably possible to allow a smooth clinical handover.
