Join an Employee-Owned Manufacturing Business Where People Matter
Kingsley Plastics is a successful and growing UK manufacturer of GRP enclosures, kiosks and associated products, supplying customers across a wide range of utility, infrastructure and industrial sectors throughout the UK.
As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) business, we believe that success should be shared with the people who help create it. Over the last three years, our employees have received annual bonuses averaging between £4,500 and £5,000 per year, with up to £3,600 paid tax free under the EOT scheme.
As Kingsley Plastics continues to grow, the volume and complexity of people-related matters has increased significantly. We are therefore creating a dedicated HR Manager position to provide professional HR support across the business and allow our management team to focus on leading and developing the company.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of a newly created role and help shape the future of our people function within a successful and ambitious manufacturing business.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applications. The full-time position is based on a five-day working week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm). We would also welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours, ideally three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm), although we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
