Job Summary

Duties
- Lead daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, drink mixing and customer service best practices
- Oversee inventory control, including stock ordering, food handling, and waste reduction to maximize profitability
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately during shift changes and daily transactions
- Enforce food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen management for food production, catering events, banquets, and special functions
- Monitor customer feedback to enhance service quality and resolve any issues promptly
Skills
- Extensive experience in drinks mixology preparation, and beverage crafting within casual dining or fine dining settings
- Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong background in inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures
- Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, interviewing, and team management
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles including budgeting, shift management, and food service management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse clientele
- Experience in managing bar operations within hotel or restaurant settings; familiarity with catering and banquet services is a plus
- Ability to oversee kitchen operations related to food production and culinary standards
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in the food industry is highly desirable
