Base Operators need a good knowledge of the local and surrounding areas. Taking calls from the public, inputting data on the computer system and dispatching jobs in a timely manner. Clerical duties and keeping work areas clean.
Summary
As a Base Operator, you will be integral to ensuring smooth and effective communication between our clients and drivers ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will also undertake clerical duties including answering emails, invoicing and account work.
