Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RM to join our team in. This role involves providing high-quality childcare and educational support to children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be organised, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children, with a strong emphasis on communication skills in English and French. Duties
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities to promote their development.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naps, and hygiene.
- Support children's learning through teaching activities tailored to their age and needs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and behaviour.
- Facilitate language development by incorporating both English and French into daily interactions.
- Organise outings or playdates as appropriate, ensuring all activities are safe and enjoyable.
- Maintain a clean, organised environment conducive to learning and play.
Skills
- Experience in driving is desirable for transporting children or running errands.
- Prior experience in teaching, nannying, or childcare is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is preferred to support bilingual education.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple children’s needs simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with parents, colleagues, and children.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards children of various ages.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining professionalism.
