Job Overview Support Worker – Day Service (2–5 Days Per Week)

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers to join our friendly Day Service team.
Hours:
- 2–5 days per week
- Monday to Friday only
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- No evening or weekend work
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will support adults to enjoy meaningful, engaging and fulfilling days both within our Day Service and out in the local community.
You'll help individuals to:
- Take part in a range of activities and workshops.
- Access community facilities, events and local attractions.
- Develop independence and life skills.
- Build confidence and social connections.
- Achieve their personal goals in a safe, supportive environment.
Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in helping the people we support live happy, active and independent lives.

Previous care or support experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
