Location: EUROSPAR Moy, Co. Tyrone Salary: £45,000 Basic Salary + Up to £4,500 Performance Bonus Contract: Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week

EUROSPAR Moy is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially focused Store Manager to work alongside our General Manager in leading one of the region's most progressive convenience and fresh food retailers.
This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to influence the direction of the business, develop high-performing teams and drive operational excellence across the entire store. You will deputise for the General Manager when required and play a key role in delivering our long-term growth strategy.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will:
· Lead the day-to-day operation of the business alongside the General Manager.
· Develop and coach Deputy Managers, the Foodhall Manager and Team Leaders.
· Drive sales, labour efficiency, waste control and operational performance.
· Create a culture of accountability, high standards and exceptional customer service.
· Support business improvement initiatives and operational planning.
· Ensure consistent operational standards across all trading periods.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
· A minimum of three years' experience as a Store Manager, Senior Assistant Manager or equivalent within a fast-paced retail environment.
· A proven track record of delivering commercial and operational results.
· Strong leadership skills with experience developing managers and future leaders.
· Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making abilities.
· A passion for retail, fresh food and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
