Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hard Landscaping Labourer to join our team.
This is a physical, hands-on role working on hard landscaping projects. It is not a garden maintenance or soft landscaping position.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with groundworks and excavation
- Moving and preparing materials
- Mixing concrete and mortar
- Helping prepare sub-bases
- Assisting with paving, kerbs and edging
- Loading and unloading materials
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Keeping sites clean and organised
- Assisting experienced landscapers with day-to-day site work
What we're looking for:

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous hard landscaping, groundwork or construction experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence would be an advantage
Experience using mini diggers, dumpers, breakers, disc cutters or similar equipment would also be beneficial, but is not essential.
We carry out high-quality residential hard landscaping projects, so attention to detail and taking pride in your work is important.
