- Hours: 25 hours per week in term time, 07:15 - 09:00 and 15:00-18:00, Monday-Friday. Term time position only.
- Starting Salary: £14.25–£14.50 per hour

What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the daily running of a fun, vibrant, and safe out-of-school club.
- Support and supervise a team of dedicated Playworkers.
- Plan and deliver exciting play opportunities based on children’s interests.
- Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools, and your team.
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, inclusion, and care across the Club.
- Take part in children’s play — from messy art to high-energy games!
You’ll need:
- Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in Playwork, Childcare, or equivalent. However, this is not a deal-breaker
- At least one year’s experience in a senior or leadership role.
- A minimum of two years’ experience working with children aged 4–11.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Welfare Requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
- Confidence, creativity, and a hands-on approach to play.
