Using the best local produce, we offer a refined yet relaxed dining experience in a countryside setting. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our close-knit kitchen team. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected of a rosette-level kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistent, well-executed dishes in a busy service environment. Key Responsibilities Running and maintaining your section during service Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to rosette standard Assisting with menu development and daily specials Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Managing stock for your section and minimizing waste.
