Logical Personnel Solutions are looking for a number of experienced Civils Groundworkers to start on a Large scale project based in Leiston.

The Groundworkers are required to complete a number of civil engineering tasks such as excavation, compaction, concrete pouring, drainage installation, and pipe laying. They will also need to assist with setting out and leveling works as directed.
The Groundworkers may be required to operate compactors and use hand tools on a daily basis and if CPCS/ NPORS qualified the Groundworkers may be required to operate construction machinery such as excavators and dump trucks,
All Groundworkers are required to pass the Nuclear New Build vetting process which will include a DBS criminal record check and drug & alcohol test at induction. All Operatives must have previous Groundworks experience on a civils project, hold an in date CSCS card and be reliable/ committed to long term work.
The successful Groundworkers will have experience working on civil engineering or construction sites, as well as an understanding of civil engineering processes and safety protocols across multiple civil disciplines (earthworks, drainage, concrete, etc.).
PAYE payment. Hours worked over 39 are paid at time and a half. Saturday after 4 hours and all day Sunday paid at double time . Daily travel or lodge allowance available
