Experienced Chef – Team-Focused Role – Whitley Bay
Rustic Cup is looking for an experienced chef to join our kitchen team in Whitley Bay.
We’re a busy cafe/brunch kitchen, and right now we’re looking for the right person as much as the right skillset - someone reliable, grounded, and genuinely team-focused.
Weekend availability and 6am start!

The role includes:
- Running a section during service
- Supporting daily prep and organisation
- Working as part of a close, supportive team
- Maintaining consistency and standards
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in a fast-paced kitchen (chef, CDP or similar)
- Is dependable and takes pride in their work
- Communicates well and respects the team
- Is happy to work within an established way of doing things
