Are you an experienced operational leader who can drive performance and continuous improvement? Do you enjoy leading teams, managing KPIs and delivering results in a fast-paced logistics environment?
This role is responsible for taking full operational leadership of a safe and efficient operation, ensuring the achievement of customer, financial and people objectives while embedding OMS standards and a culture of continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead a safe, efficient and compliant operation, ensuring operational performance meets agreed customer and business objectives

Manage and review operational KPIs, resource planning, productivity, attendance, quality, service and cost performance, driving corrective actions where required

Ensure operational standards, work instructions and performance management routines are embedded and consistently followed across the site

Develop leadership capability through coaching, performance reviews, training compliance and engagement with Excellence School initiatives

Drive continuous improvement activities, implement operational best practice and support site-wide initiatives that improve performance, service and financial results
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- An experienced logistics, warehousing or supply chain leader with responsibility for operational performance and team management

Someone who enjoys analysing KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and leading action plans to deliver measurable results

A confident people manager who can coach leaders, drive accountability and create a high-performance culture

An individual who is comfortable working with customers, budgets, resource planning and operational governance processes

Essential: Previous operational leadership experience within a fast-paced logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution environment, with responsibility for performance, people and continuous improvement
