Operations Manager (Production/Shift)

Do you have experience overseeing production/shift operations within an engineering/manufacturing environment, and are you looking for a varied and exciting role where you will be one of the most senior people on site?

This role would suit someone with experience managing people/shifts within a medium-sized engineering or production business, looking for a position where they can improve efficiency and KPIs.
The Role:
- Leadership of full shift operations
- Drive KPIs across productivity, cost, and quality
- Days based, 4 days a week, rotating shift pattern
The Person:
- Production/manufacturing/engineering leadership experience
- Ideally hospitality or laundry-related experience, but not essential
- Happy with occasional weekend work
Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
