This is a hands-on role for engineers who can make an immediate impact in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, responding quickly to breakdowns and working closely with production teams to minimise downtime. The role also involves carrying out planned maintenance, fault finding, following safe working practices and identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for practical, experienced engineers who are comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment. You'll be able to fault-find confidently, use your initiative, communicate effectively and work calmly under pressure. A flexible approach is essential to support planned maintenance, breakdowns and shift cover when required.
Essential Requirements
- Time-served engineer with a recognised engineering qualification.
- At least three years' engineering experience, ideally within food manufacturing or another fast-paced production environment.
- Good English language skills to ensure safe and compliant working.
- Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to participate in the engineering shift rota and provide cover when required.
