We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Advisor – CPD Sales to join our growing team.
The Role
As a CPD Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting our CPD courses, advising prospective learners, and supporting them throughout the enrolment process. You will play a key role in helping professionals identify the most suitable training programmes to meet their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
- Advise prospective learners on our CPD courses and training programmes.
- Convert enquiries into enrolments while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing learners.
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain accurate records using the College's CRM system.
- Meet individual and team enrolment targets.
- Keep up to date with our CPD portfolio and industry developments.
- Work collaboratively with the Admissions and Student Support teams.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, admissions, customer service or educational recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone manner and confidence speaking with prospective learners.
- Ability to work towards targets in a professional manner.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Desirable
- Experience working within the education or training sector.
- Knowledge of CPD courses and vocational qualifications.
- Experience using WhatsApp Business and CRM software.
