Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including sanitising equipment and surfaces regularly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system with confidence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons warmly and addressing any enquiries or concerns promptly.
- Follow food safety protocols at all times to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the team during busy periods.
Skills
- Proven Barista experience is desirable, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and procedures.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assist with food preparation when required, demonstrating versatility.
- Good basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy hours.
