Residential Property Lawyer / Fee Earner - Boutique London Firm
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable for "standout" talent).
- Bonus: Once you hit 3x your salary, you keep 30% of everything generated above that, paid every December.
- Flexible Working: 3/2 hybrid split.

The Role
You’ll be stepping into a busy office with an active, high-quality caseload (approx. 30 files) ready for you to make your own. You won't be a cog in a machine here; you’ll be a vital part of a small, expert team.
- Support: Excellent backup with a 1:1 or 1:2 fee-earner-to-support-staff ratio.
- Mentorship: Direct mentoring from senior partners and established fee earners to help you adapt to their unique, high-standard way of working.
- Client Focus: This is a bespoke service. You need to truly know your clients, not just their case numbers.
