Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces.
- Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills, providing correct change and receipts.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and health standards at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve all customers efficiently without sacrificing quality or friendliness.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista or Waitress in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that enhances guest experience.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
