PART TIME SALES CONSULTANT (24 HOURS)
Reporting to the Business Manager HAT, the main responsibilities and duties include:
- Achieve personal sales targets and business objectives
- Create and book tailored holiday experiences for customers
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the booking journey
- Use in-store technology and social media to support sales activities
- Complete booking administration accurately and efficiently
- Support the day-to-day operation of the travel shop
Key skills required:
- Previous travel sales experience desirable
- Strong sales, communication and customer service skills
- Confident using social media and digital technology
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable holidays
