Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of classrooms, corridors, restrooms, offices, and communal spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized regularly to prevent the spread of germs and maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance issues or areas needing extra attention.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently during cleaning procedures to protect yourself and others.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any damages or safety concerns promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, preferably within an educational or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and consistency.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting supplies, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable time management skills to complete daily duties within scheduled hours.
