Nursery Manager – Just Kids Daycare
Just Kids Daycare is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our friendly and caring nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the daily operations of the nursery
· Lead, support, and develop the staff team
· Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
· Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted compliance
· Build positive relationships with parents and carers
· Manage staffing, ratios, and nursery occupancy
Requirements:
· Level 3 Early Years qualification
· Previous experience in a nursery management or leadership role
· Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
· Confident, organised, and caring leadership style
