Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team and travel from clean to clean in the Burscough/parbold/Mawdsley area with one our of staff members. The successful candidate will be responsible for thorough cleaning and hygiene standards across houses, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Prior experience in janitorial services, hotel cleaning, or commercial cleaning is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Looking for somebody available to work Monday-Friday 9-5 hours (may vary) with opportunities to pick up extra. This is a self employed job role but ideal if you are unable to drive as you can be with a driver all day on shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as hoovering, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas regularly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or hazards.
- Adapt cleaning routines based on specific client requirements or special events.
Skills
- Previous experience in janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Bank job role and full time available. Must be willing to complete shadow shifts before starting. You will have regular clients and build your relationships.
