Job Specification: Brand Ambassador
HOLOS is Brewed for Good. Based in West Sussex, HOLOS brew traditionally fermented, organic, award-winning kombucha, with taste, quality and craftsmanship at its heart. But HOLOS is about more than what’s in the bottle. The business supports survivors of exploitation and trauma through paid work placements, grants and ongoing support, helping people rebuild their lives with confidence, independence and belonging.
As our brand grows, we’re looking for outgoing, confident Brand Ambassadors to introduce HOLOS Kombucha to more people.
The Role: Represent HOLOS Kombucha, a fast-growing impact-led challenger brand, at different London locations through samplings and activations. Locations include shops, events, festivals and gyms. You’ll be the face of our brand - introducing people to our drinks and striking up conversations. This is the perfect job for a passionate foodie who lives and breathes innovative food and drink challenger brands. The role is public facing so the ideal candidate will be outgoing, confident and comfortable in conversation with the general public. This is an ad-hoc, casual role, so shifts will be available as and when they come up.
Type of contract: Ad-Hoc, flexible hours (ranging between 0 hours - 20 hours per week)
Job Title: Brand Ambassador
Job Location: Different London locations (travel paid)
Hours: 2 - 10 hr shifts. Must be available on occasional weekends and evenings.
Pay: £15 p/h, with travel expenses paid.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and run sampling stations at partner sites, keeping everything looking sharp and on-brand throughout
- Represent Holos - demonstrating how delicious kombucha can be
- Approach and engage people confidently, introducing them to our drinks
- Talk knowledgeably about our range, our story and what makes our drinks worth trying - training and background materials provided by us
- Encourage people to taste, ask questions and take away samples or information where relevant
- Keep track of stock, samples and any feedback or interesting moments worth reporting back
- Represent the brand with warmth, energy and great knowledge
- Pack down and leave the site as you found it
No specific experience is required, though previous brand ambassador, promotional or hospitality experience is a plus.
Payment and practicalities:
- This is an ad-hoc, casual role — shifts will be as and when activations come up, not guaranteed regular hours
- You’ll be part of a team of brand ambassadors offered shifts on a first come first served basis
- The majority of our activations are in London, so please bear that in mind when applying
- Full brand and kombucha training will be provided
- Paid at £15 p/h
- Reasonable travel to and from sites compensated
Start date: Mid September (flexible and ad-hoc)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 15.0 per week
