Residential Conveyancer – Full Time
Location: Shirebrook Office
PQE: 4+ Years in Residential Conveyancing
We are a well-established high street law firm seeking a Residential Conveyancer with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing to join our friendly team in Shirebrook.
This is a full-time, fee-earning role handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters (including sales, purchases, new builds and leaseholds) from instruction through to completion and post-completion. You must be confident in managing your own caseload independently, with minimal supervision, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Maintaining excellent client care and service standards
- Supporting junior staff and undertaking supervisory duties as required
- Ensuring accurate use of our case management system
Person Specification:
- Minimum of 4 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
- Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
- A team player who can also work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
