Please note - this contract will run via an umbrella company, with a view to move into a permanent role after six months.

You don’t need recruitment experience. You do need energy, resilience, and the willingness to make a high volume of calls every day.
This is a role for someone who wants to build confidence quickly, earn trust through effort, and progress based on results.
What the role involves
You’ll spend most of your day on the phone. That’s where recruitment is learned.
You’ll be:
- Speaking to IT professionals daily to identify and qualify candidates
- Running first-stage screening calls and gathering market insight
- Building relationships through regular, consistent contact
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
- Keeping candidate and process data accurate and up to date
- Supporting consultants with live roles and active searches
What we’re looking for
- Someone comfortable with high-volume phone work
- Clear, professional communication
- Drive, consistency, and a strong work ethic
- A full UK driving licence (office location requires it)
