Job Description
Celeste Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Technical Support Supervisor to lead our technical support team and ensure the delivery of exceptional IT support services. In this role, you will oversee daily support operations, mentor technical staff, resolve complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvements in service quality. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to maintain reliable technology solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the technical support team and ensure service level targets are achieved.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise for complex or escalated support issues.
- Monitor support performance, ticket resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Develop team schedules, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve support processes and system reliability.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend service improvements to management.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, IT service delivery, or help desk leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Pay: £3,300.00-£4,800.00 per month
