Lead architectural design projects from concept through delivery while ensuring exceptional design quality, client satisfaction, and effective project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary design projects.
- Coordinate architects and consultants.
- Review technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules.
- Present design proposals to clients.
- Ensure compliance with planning and building regulations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Chartered status preferred.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Excellent leadership and client communication skills.
Pay: £91,000.00 per year
