We are looking for an Accounts Senior for a friendly accountancy practice in Warwick Bridge, Carlisle. The role offers a competitive salary dependant on the experience you bring to the team.
- Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
- Complete corporation tax and self-assessment tax returns.
- Handle VAT returns and day-to-day bookkeeping queries.
- Build strong relationships with local business owners and offer advice.
- Review work and support junior team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- AAT qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud accounting software like Xero or QuickBooks.
- IT skills including Microsoft word and excel.
- Great communication skills and a friendly, organised approach.
