Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Traffic Marshall to oversee vehicle and pedestrian movement on-site. Duties
- Direct vehicles and pedestrians to designated areas, ensuring safe and efficient movement
- Manage access points, verifying authorised entry and exit of personnel and vehicles
- Assist with site maintenance tasks related to traffic management equipment and signage
- Monitor traffic flow and report any irregularities or safety concerns promptly
- Coordinate with site management to implement traffic plans during peak times or special events
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and incidents for reporting purposes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
- Strong management skills to organise vehicle and pedestrian flow effectively
- Good communication skills for clear instructions and liaising with team members and visitors
- Basic driving ability for manoeuvring company vehicles or lorries if required
