We are looking for a Chef to join our ranks here at the Bowes Incline Hotel. We are looking for both an experienced chef and also a trainee chef who is passionate about food. Our pub is situated just off the A1 near the angel of the north and boasts 18 beautiful en suite bedrooms and has a large pub/restaurant which can seat up to 140 covers. We are a family run pub which is 1 of 3 in the north east area and pride ourselves on making quality homemade food. The role consists of 35 - 45 hours per week within a very attractive schedule compared to most hospitality settings. Our restaurant is open:
Monday - Thursday 12-8pm
Friday & Saturday 12pm - 8:30pm
Sunday 12pm- 6:30pm.
The successful candidate for this position will be:
- Passionate about working with fresh ingredients
- Can work well in a team and also individually
- Has a high level of hygiene
