Located in the heart of Caerphilly town centre, our Specsavers store is a busy and thriving practice dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care and hearing services to the local community. With a strong focus on customer experience, clinical excellence and teamwork, the store provides a welcoming and supportive environment where colleagues are empowered to develop their skills and make a real difference to customers' lives. Conveniently situated on Cardiff Road, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, being just a short walk from Caerphilly train station and close to the Caerphilly Interchange bus hub, making it easily accessible for those travelling from across the surrounding area. Serving a diverse customer base, the team takes pride in providing expert advice, high-quality products and personalised care, ensuring every customer receives the best possible experience from the moment they walk through the door

Our Caerphilly team is made up of passionate, experienced and customer-focused colleagues who work collaboratively to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer. From Optical Assistants and Dispensing Opticians to Optometrists, and Contact Lens Opticians, every team member plays a vital role in providing expert care and advice.
