Broiler Farm Relief Manager, (farm support Job) at Hay Farms, Leicestershire.
Hay Farms is a family run business producing chickens for major UK retailers. We have over 30 years experience in this area of agriculture and we are looking for a new relief farm manager to support 3 broiler farms near Kirby Muxloe in Leicestershire.
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated with good time management . You will need to have good communication skills, have the ability to work under your own initiative and be a great team player, be responsive to daily issues and able to prioritise and offer solutions efficiently.
Previous experience of working with chickens is useful, but not essential.
