We’re looking for a Technical Administrator to join our growing Technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive, and eager to build their skills in a supportive environment.
As a key member of the team, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly — from managing schedules and technical enquiries to supporting engineers and maintaining accurate records.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining and updating schedules and technical enquiry records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitoring incoming enquiries and ensuring all communications are handled efficiently.
- Supporting engineers by logging, printing, and distributing important technical information.
- Developing product knowledge to confidently assist customers and answer queries.
- Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to support the wider Technical team.
- Acting as a central point of contact between customers and colleagues to ensure clear communication throughout.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative experience and confidence using a range of software systems.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
