We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Lettings Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage and update CRM software to ensure accurate client and property records
- Prepare and process sales and lettings documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assist with the organisation of viewings, appointments, and property listings
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via email and phone
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and report generation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Prepare presentations and reports as required for management meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role within the property sector is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM software is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions
- IT competency including familiarity with general computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office setting
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
