Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Charity Shop Volunteers to join our team. This rewarding role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our charity shop, engaging with customers, and helping to raise funds for our vital community projects. Volunteers will gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and contribute positively to the local community through their time and effort.

Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with their purchases and providing excellent customer service
- Displaying donated items in an organised manner
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming shop environment
- Supporting stock management, including receiving and recording donations
- Providing administrative support where needed, such as updating records or organising stock lists
- Promoting the charity’s mission and encouraging community engagement
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop organisational, communication, and administrative skills while making a meaningful contribution to the community. All volunteers will be supported throughout their role to ensure a positive and fulfilling experience.
