About the Role
CRE8 is looking for a creative, organised and ambitious individual to join our team across CRE8 Creative Industry Academy and Bishop’s Stortford FC Academy.
This is a varied role combining:
- Creative media
- Photography & Video Production
- Social media and digital marketing
- Sports marketing
- Content creation
- Student support
- Assistant tutoring
The role would be ideal for a recent graduate or emerging creative looking to build experience across the creative industries, education, marketing and sport.
You do not need years of experience or to already be a qualified teacher. We are looking for someone with strong creative ideas, a good understanding of social media and the confidence to work with young people.
For the right person, there will also be the opportunity to progress into a full tutor/teaching role in future academic years as CRE8 continues to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative Media & Marketing
You will help create and deliver content for both CRE8 and BSFC Academy, including:
- Social media content
- Photography and videography
- Reels and short-form video
- Graphics and promotional materials
- Student and player interviews
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Recruitment campaigns
- Open day and trial promotion
- Student and player success stories
- Matchday and training content
- Helping grow awareness, enquiries and applications
You will also have opportunities to develop new campaign ideas and help shape the online presence of both programmes.
Assistant Tutor & Student Support
Alongside marketing, you will support CRE8 students with practical creative projects.
This may include:
- Supporting tutors during lessons
- Helping students with photography, video, social media and design
- Supporting students individually or in small groups
- Helping students develop creative ideas
- Providing practical feedback and guidance
- Supporting live briefs and industry projects
- Helping students build confidence and develop professional creative skills
You will not be expected to be a qualified teacher when starting the role. You will work alongside the existing teaching team and gain practical experience supporting learners.
As your confidence and experience develop, there may be opportunities to lead workshops, deliver elements of the curriculum and take on greater responsibility.

More importantly, you should be creative, proactive, reliable, full of ideas and confident working with young people aged 16–19.
An interest in football, sport or sports media would also be beneficial.
