Total Safe Ltd, a BAFE registered growing Fire and Safety Company based in Essex and covering the South of England and London, are looking to hire a Relationship Account Manager, working from our offices in Corringham, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
To help support our growth, we are currently recruiting a Relationship Accounts Manager who will be responsible for the key areas:
- Customer liaison
- Work booking and diary management.
- Managing customer job journey from start to finish
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Stock control, ordering and maintaining a database.
- Quotations
- Producing certificates and reports
About you:
- Organised
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communicator
- Customer Service driven.
- Happy talking to customers on the telephone
- A team player
- Willing to learn.
- Happy, honest and open
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths an English to a least C pass grade
- You will be required to have a DBS check carried out.
